Shoulders

The shoulder has about 8 muscles which aid in a wide range of movement and help protect and maintain the main shoulder joint. The largest of these 8 muscles is the "Deltoid".

For the purpose of the exercises, we will divide the shoulder in 3 main areas:

  • Front (Anterior)

  • Lateral

  • Rear (Posterior)
